Believe it or not, Sachin Tendulkar's stomach ailment had him injured in South Africa!

Tendulkar missed the final Group A match of the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa against the West Indies as it was reported he went down with a stomach bug. But he literally went down!
Tendulkar felt dizzy upon reaching his hotel room after the match against Australia was washed out at Centurion. Apparently whatever caused him the belly ache left him feeling rather faint. His fall thereafter resulted in a facial injury that hit his cheek and nearly broke his nose.
Well, it would not be his first injury, given the spate of injuries that have troubled him in recent years. But it would certainly count as perhaps his most bizarre!
