The Australians try not to refer to their encounters against India and Sachin Tendulkar with good reason.

Tendulkar celebrated his twenty-fifth birthday in style. That too in Sharjah in back to back ODIs against Australia.

The sandstorm that hit Sharjah in 1998 took everyone by surprise but left no one more stunned than the Australian team. Tendulkar adjusted himself brilliantly to the revised target following the sandstorm to score a single handedly destructive innings against them that helped India qualify for the final where Sachin Tendulkar continued to set the stage of fire, or rather fill the stadium with the Sachin Sandstorm.

He nearly pulled off another in Hyderabad in the fifth ODI of the India Australia ODI series recently before India squandered a brilliant opportunity to chase down 350.
