The IPL franchisees are cool calculators or so it would seem. Just days before the ninety-six listed players come up for auctions, the owners are playing a delicate field since no team can have more than ten foreign cricketers in their team. With a limited budget of $750,000, they do not want to be playing their cards too soon. It has meant that once again there was little activity in the trading window prior.
