Injuries seem to be hounding Umar Gul as the Pakistan fast bowler has been done for in the England Pakistan Test series.

Gul injured himself during the second day's play of the second Test at Edgbaston and medical scans have revealed that he has a thigh injury that will not only rule him out of the Test series but also, will be now observed over a period of two to three weeks before being assessed for fitness.
Gul did not play the ICC World Twenty20 2010 in the Caribbean and also, missed out on the Asia Cup 2010 in Sri Lanka.
