The probe into the Bangalore blasts outside the Chinnaswamy stadium is still on, but there is an angle to why Mumbai, not Bangalore, was chosen as the eventual semi final venue, so says the Karnataka Home Minister.

VS Acharya told the media, "The underworld normally has links with the betting lobby. Some elements wanted to scare away people and shift the two IPL semi-finals from the city to Mumbai."
