Legendary leg spinner from Australia, Shane Warne, does not believe Muttiah Muralitharan has been guilty of chucking and he also believes Murali's record will be remain untouched.

Hepaing praise on the Sri Lankan off spinner, Warne expressed his thought that while there was plenty of cricket being played, Muttiah Muralitharan's Test record for the most number of wickets would, in all likelihood, remain untouched, "perhaps forever".
He also felt there was nothing wrong with Murali's action, "Murali's action has been passed by scientific tests, I always thought it was probably legitimate. But because of the way he bowled, I was worried that young spinners would try to copy his action and end up bowling illegally."
Warne has 708 Test wickets to his credit while Muralitharan is presently on 792 Test wickets with a Test to go against India before retirement.
