Makhaya Ntini has a reputation for being a wisecrack and shooting his mouth off. Perhaps that is what happened when South Africa's most capped black fast bowler met England footballer, David Beckham.

Makhaya had the opportunity to meet Beckham (seen in pic above with Hollywood actress and South African Charlize Theron and FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke) at the 2010 FIFA World Cup draw in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Guess what the two sportsmen discussed? Underwear! Says Makhaya himself.
Ntini apparently asked Beckham is the media reports were true that Beckham never wore the same underwear twice to which Beckham is said to have stated that that was a widely exaggerated story circulating in the media.
Not satisfied with the question, Ntini apparently add that he would like to have been a gardener in the Beckham home and keep an eye on the dustbins where he would find something that was only used once!
