Does the Indian team need to assemble for an evensong... Then sit and understand that they are a team and they need to play as a cohesive unit and not individually.
India has lived a day to die the next day... They may have crossed one obstacle on their way to the finals but a mightier challenge lies ahead... it’s a must win situation for them if they want to reach the finals of the Tri-Series... There are no other alternative.
The Windies in their league clash unsettled the Australians and so the Kangaroo’s will not let go any opportunity to pounce on the Indians... Both the teams are hungry for the berth in the finals... It will be a psychological test for both teams, will Greg Chappell’s fitness camp help the Indian cause.
Some would say this is a virtual semi final... And guys like me would say it’s the repeat of the 2003 ICC World Cup final... Yet again, both the teams will be under similar pressure.

Its gonna be a Test for both the Teams, the Men in Blue and the Kangaroossssss... The Better of the two will win that day...
Let me share a fact with you... Even if India would have lost the match against West Indies.. they still had a chance to go to the finals,, becuase India before beating W.I stood at 2 points and Aus stood at 7.... If India would have lost then they had to beat Aus. with the bonus point and also beat them comfortable with a big margin..
Becuase after beating them with the bonus point, they would have got 5 points plus 2 more from the prevoius draw with aus. , a total of 7 points the same as Aus. has..
In this case the Run Rate would have played the Role for sending either team to the finals... but now India has beaten W.I they just have to beat Aus.. without caring about the bonus point and the Run Rate...
Hi, a good comment with some valuable stats...but hey all that is history now and it is all down to this virtual semifinal... just hope that the Indians are well perpared and can surpass the mighty Australians for the spot in the finals...but going into this game the indians are the underdogs as they have added pressure to perform... the had a total batting collaps in their game against WI... hope the batters do well this time around.
