India failed to qualify for the finals of the Women’s World Cup. But while New Zealand going into the finals in roaring form, England will look regain after their defeat to Australia, the latter now play India in the final face off for the third spot.

New Zealand ended up making 373 in their allotted fifty overs with Haidee Tiffen scoring a fine century and Suzie Bates stealing the thunder from her skipper with a sparkling knock of 168.
