Bob Woolmer was found unconscious in his Kingston hotel room on March 18, the day after his team's loss to minnows Ireland resulting in an early exit from the World Cup. Later, he died in the hospital when doctors declared him brought dead.

Earlier it was reported that Woolmer died of natural causes and than the mystery behind his death was further ignited when Jamaican Deputy Police Commissioner Mark Shields said Woolmer had been poisoned before being strangled.

The death mystery led to a fevered round of speculation. Few had the opinion that Woolmer's death was the result of his vast knowledge relating to match-fixing mafia. While, others opined that Woolmer might have been the victim of a feverish fan not expecting such a defeat from his side and in that anguish the coach was killed.

Scotland yard police and investigators from Pakistan have been trying to solve the mystery behind the death along with the Jamaican police. Now, the latest reports have further complicated the matter.

The paper Jamaican Gleaner said:

The Scotland Yard report specifically said Woolmer died of heart failure, contradicting earlier reports by the investigative arm of the Jamaica Constabulary Force and local pathologist, Dr Ere Sheshiah, who had conducted a post-mortem on Woolmers's body.

Woolmer needs justice and it must be done to him as soon as possible.
