Wondering what Yuvraj Singh is thinking when leading India to victory over the Netherlands in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011? Wonder no more. The cations tell a story.

Judging by the picture above, Yuvraj Singh is perhaps checking the toe of his bat for any damage. But does it not make more sense to think that Yuvraj could be thinking the following?
Yuvraj Singh is probably saying, "Is this really my bat? If so, where have you been all of last year?"
Yuvraj Singh has been a controversial figure all of last year with injuries, form and flab all coming in the way of helping him build on his ten year stint with the Indian cricket team. Instead, he has incurred a lot of flak, but no more with three successive half centuries and a World Cup record with a half century and give wickets in the same game.

Yuvraj Singh is saying, "No need to thank me, boss. It's part of my job." Ah, another day in the life of Yuvraj Singh. It may be recalled that Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the Indian captain, was not putting blind faith in Yuvraj Singh over Suresh Raina but he certainly had a decent amount of belief that Yuvraj is key to India's success, which is why he even elevated him in the ranks of the team even when the public outcry suggested that Yuvraj was not warming a great many hearts.
That story will have certainly taken a turn for the better at the moment.
