The Indian Premier League assumed rather serious undertones over supposed death threats from an underworld don.
Shashi Taroor, the Minister of State for External Affairs, apparently received death threats from Dawood Ibrahim’s D Company through Chota Shakeel.
The threats apparently came via SMS and are said to have targetted the Minister for not apologising to the IPL Chairman and Commissioner, Lalit Modi, over the Kochi franchisee fiasco.
Really, one should be asking, who really is the bigger goon here? Somebody please tell us and clear up the melee.
