Sangakkara Favours Seamers Over Spinners, Dhoni Indicates Otherwise

Ajantha Mendis, the man with the carrom ball action who troubled the Indians the last time they met in a Test series, will perhaps not get the chance to play the final Test in Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
Kumar Sangakkara, the Sri Lankan captain, is not contemplating including Mendis in the attack for the third Test and believes the seamers may have a better chance of making the final playing eleven, which would mean perhaps Dilhara Fernando backing the likes of Nuwan Kulasekara while Chanaka Welegedera is a virtually certainty.
But the Indian captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, is not willing to rule out any possibilities, including the idea of bringing back Amit Mishra, the spinner, into the team. Perhaps the Indian captain is holding his cards close to his chest.
It is also believed that both, Sreesanth and Muttiah Muralitharan are carrying injuries but neither team is likely to leave them out.
