
British newspaper The Sun has reported to the ICC apparently match fixing / betting details that nails the Pakistan cricket team.
The Sun went undercover and reported that the third ODI of the England Pakistan ODI series would have certain scoring pattern that was predetermined by a fixer who would in league with bookies.
The newspapers reports that it “received details of calls between a notorious Dubai-based match fixer and a Delhi bookie” and went onto report the ICC prior to the match.
It went onto state, “We alerted ICC corruption busters led by ex-police chief Sir Ronnie Flanagan. After a frantic round of calls the ICC decided to issue a general warning to Pakistan’s players, but by then the game had started.”
